We Vancouverites are proud of our home and are excited to welcome the world in 2010 at the Winter Olympic Games, from February 12th to February 28th.

At the Cambie, we want to make sure that, as our guest, you are well taken care of and free to experience the city and Olympic events.

Before we begin, please note:
- We are now accepting booking requests. Please note that availability is limited.
- Upon check in, all guests must present valid government issued photo ID. This includes passports, driver’s licenses and provincial/state ID. Student cards and resident cards will not be accepted.
- Special conditions and rates will be applicable from February 9th to February 28th, 2010.
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking. There are no refunds for these dates. The credit card holder must be present at the time of check-in.
- No discounts, vouchers or coupons will be redeemable during this period.
- Bookings of two or more persons made in dormitory rooms are NOT guaranteed to be in the same room. We will do our best to accommodate all requests but are unable to guarantee the room type you request or that bookings of two or more persons will be in the same room.
- THIS IS A RESERVATION REQUEST ONLY AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE ACCOMMODATION. Reservation is secured only when you receive a confirmation email.
- Dormitory rooms are mixed gender. If you do not wish to be in a mixed gender room, please specify so in the below comments section. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
